News from my desk...
I've now finished the Xmas Judge Dredd story for the Judge Dredd Megazine (#279) and am busy clearing my desk of the commissions and promised sketches before I start on my next project...that at the moment has to remain a closely kept secret. (Yes I know, it's silly isn't it?!)
The image above is censored due to the delicate nature of what's transpiring through the grim Mega City One apartment window...truth is I wanted to show this panel but don't want to give anything away about the story, which is in true John Wagner Xmas spirit I might add, so I've popped a sneaky peek of Dredd from an other page in as a censor. Seems fitting!
It seems my days of not inking are over! I've really enjoyed inking this strip and have decided (for now) to continue to work in this way. I'm sure a job will come along at some point that I'll decide would look better just in pencil, but for now I'm sticking with my trusty Pilot Fineliner!

Love your buildings, Dave. Nice picture of Dredd too. By coincidence, a time travelling friend of mine used to live in that very block. Had Bad neighbours though.
I love your Mega City, Dave. Seems I'm not the only one.
....clearing my desk of the commissions .... - Things just got very interesting!!!
Lovely stuff Dave. Great design on that first panel. Lovely face on the second panel and that bit of light on the last panel works a treat.
You should hold a competition to guess what's happening in that window ! :)
I thing an Albino Nun is riding a Uni Cycle whilst whipping a ferret dressed as Neil Kinnock !! Am I close ?!
Lovely stuff Dave, Christmas just got even more exciting!
My guess for what's going on in the window - Santa being mugged by a gang of juves (wearing tutus!)
Damn Pete, you're so close! Or are you?!
No ceegaaar for Mr Glazebrook neever! Oddly you're not even warm sir!
