2000AD Prog 1582

Starting in 2000AD prog 1582 you can witness my first Dredd for the weekly. It's part one of a five part story written by Gordon Rennie. I don't really need to remind you how thrilled I am to finally make it into the the galaxies greatest!
Now all I have to do is finish the last part before I get into trouble with Tharg the Mighty!

Really liked the first part. Very good.

How long has the five part taken you?

First 2 parts look awesome Dave, you've even improved over your Anderson stuff in my opinion! I'm very glad to hear it's a 5-parter. Hope to see you in Bristol mate, keep up the incredible work!

Hi Dave,
that's some cracking stuff you've done. I really like the way you've taken the time to make Mega-City look like a different world. There are no generic backgrounds or vehicles in your pics. Great stuff.

Cheers guys!

Paul...I've been working on this Dredd since last Oct, while getting used to having a baby around and then taking over in the day as Mommy! Draw a face...change a nappy...draw a hand...feed...

Jim...deffo see you in Bristol dude. I must get back to you about the work you sent.

Lee...I'll look forward to seeing it. Who's pencilling?

Ian...why have generic b/g when you can make it all up?! I've been wanting the job of drawing the Meg for too many years and so I'm forced by nature to do my best, time and baby permitting!

Dave, the pencils are by Patrick Goddard who is drawing the savage books at the moment.
